Welcome to PREP Nigeria (“PREP Nigeria”, “PREP”, “the Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a proprietary election intelligence, civic education, electoral transparency, and democratic participation platform developed and operated by Jorge Haus Consulting. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PREP Nigeria’s website, applications, digital platforms, subscription services, election intelligence tools, volunteer programs, polling agent programs, and related services. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using PREP Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility
By using PREP Nigeria, you represent and warrant that:

User Accounts.
Certain areas of PREP Nigeria may require account registration.
Users are responsible for:

- Users remain responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.
PREP Nigeria reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

- Manipulate election-related data.
- Misrepresent election results.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malicious software.

- Conduct unlawful political activities through the Platform.
PREP Nigeria reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action
Election Intelligence Disclaimer .
PREP Nigeria provides election-related information for educational, transparency, analytical, research, monitoring, and informational purposes.
While reasonable efforts are made to improve accuracy, PREP Nigeria does not guarantee that:
- Information is always complete.
- Information is always current.
- Information is free from errors.
- Election-related submissions are free from delays or inconsistencies.
Election information available on PREP Nigeria should not be interpreted as official election declarations unless explicitly stated. Official election outcomes remain the responsibility of legally authorized electoral bodies.
Subscription Feature Access and Billing.
PREP Nigeria may operate a subscription and feature-access model. This may include:
- Annual access subscriptions
- Renewal fees
- Feature unlock purchases
- Institution-specific licensing
- Intelligence service packages
Subscribers agree to pay applicable fees associated with selected services. PREP Nigeria reserves the right to:
- Modify pricing

Subscriptions and Payments.
PREP Nigeria may offer subscription-based election intelligence services. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Fees are charged according to the selected plan

- Subscription terms, pricing, and features may change with notice
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
- Subscription access is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. PREP Nigeria does not intentionally store sensitive payment card information beyond what is necessary to process transactions.
Payments and Refunds
Payments made to PREP Nigeria may include:
- Subscription fees
- Feature unlock fees
- Institutional access fees
- Service charges
- Event participation fees
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Feature unlock purchases are non-transferable.
- Access rights cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Refund requests may be considered only where required by law or where PREP Nigeria determines exceptional circumstances exist.
Volunteers and Polling Unit Agents.
Individuals applying as:
- Volunteers
- Polling Unit Agents
- Ward Coordinators
- LGA Coordinators
- Election Contributors
agree that:
- Participation does not automatically create employment.
- Selection is subject to PREP Nigeria approval.
- Submitted information may be verified.
- Performance standards may apply.
- Removal may occur for misconduct or non-compliance.
PREP Nigeria may provide stipends, reimbursements, or compensation where applicable, but participation does not guarantee compensation.
Donations and Contributions.
PREP Nigeria may accept voluntary donations and contributions to support civic education, election transparency initiatives, technology development, and democratic participation programs. Donations are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable except where applicable laws require otherwise. PREP Nigeria reserves the right to reject contributions that may compromise its independence, integrity, or operational objectives.
Political Neutrality
PREP Nigeria is committed to neutrality and transparency. The Platform does not endorse political parties, candidates, or electoral outcomes. Information provided through PREP Nigeria is intended to support transparency, research, monitoring, civic education, and informed participation. Any opinions expressed by third parties remain their sole responsibility.
User-Generated Content
Users may submit:
- Reports
- Feedback
- Incident information
- Election observations
- Images
- Documents
- Comments
- Other materials
By submitting content, users grant PREP Nigeria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, analyze, publish, archive, and process such content for operational purposes. Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted materials.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all PREP Nigeria content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes:

- Branding
- Databases

- Software systems
- Reports

- Proprietary methodologies
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit PREP Nigeria materials without prior written authorization.

Users assume responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through PREP Nigeria.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PREP Nigeria, Jorge Haus Consulting, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
